This coaching style is best for individuals with a base knowledge of calorie tracking, nutrient timing, and proper hydration. Includes a weekly meal plan with 3 meals plus snacks and can be adjusted to more or less meals depending on preferred eating habits.
Weekly check-ins and weigh-ins with me where we discuss progress, results, and plan for the following week.
