Hey there! I'm Tommy Zaknoen, Founder and Owner of TZ-Fitness, and my journey into the world of fitness began roughly 8 years ago when I enlisted in the US Navy. As a sailor, staying in peak physical condition wasn't just a goal—it was a necessity. For 5 years, I served as a Command Fitness Leader, delving into the fundamentals of cardio and calisthenics training to meet the demanding standards of military fitness.

The last leg of my Navy career saw me as a Search and Rescue Swimmer, where water training became a pivotal part of my routine. In my final year of service, I decided it was time to formalize my passion. I became a certified fitness professional, setting the stage for the next chapter of my life.

Fast forward to today, and I've dedicated each year to expanding my knowledge within the fitness industry. From embracing scientific research and studies to specializing in various training methodologies, my mission is clear: to equip my clients with the best, result-driven programming and coaching.
